Church Buildings, Manses, Building maintenance & development:

To regularise the responsibility for maintenance of property within the parish
To agree future building needs of LEPC to meet the challenge of the 21st C
To consider the development of the buildings LEP is responsible for:
St Paul’s, St Columba’s & Carmondean
To ensure that current occupation arrangements in community buildings ensure long term security of tenure
To regularly review the maintenance & decorative needs of the manses
To consider the options for provision of housing for additional members of staff
