United Service at the Lanthorn
Lanthorn Community Centre, Kenilworth Rise
On Sunday September 4th we will hold a united service for the whole parish. (Other services will be cancelled except for the 9.00 a.m. Communion at St Paul's. This will be a communion service, as we enter a new phase of parish life. Ministers are moving in their area responsibilities within the parish. Ron will take primary responsibility for the north (Knightsridge and Carmondean.) Eileen will take primary responsibility for the centre (St Paul's and St Columba's at Craigengar). By then Helen will be on maternity leave, and Robin will be the first point of contact pastorally for Murieston and Dedridge. The Methodist Circuit will offer some additional support whilst Helen is on maternity leave, and so we will see Revd Linda Bandelier working part time in the south of the parish. It is not intended to cut pastoral ties, so that members should feel free to contact any of the ministry team according to choice and their availability.
