What is it all about?
Come and share in the delight of decorating and displaying a Christmas Tree around a theme of your choice.
The Christmas Tree Festival will be open to the public who will be invited to vote for their favourite tree, for
which there will be a prize.

Who may apply?
Individuals or Community groups or Church groups or Family groups

What sorts of themes are there?
Group who have previously participated in Christmas Tree Festivals have been very inventive and creative in
choosing their theme to decorate their tree. They have chosen themes like:
Winter Wonderland Gift Tree Frosty the Snowman
Helping Others Noah's Ark Butterflies
Starry Night The Joy of Christmas Jingle Bells

There are thousands of wonderful ideas out there, what can you come up with?

What will it involve?
A 6ft Christmas tree will be provided to you at a cost of £15.00, which includes the opportunity to book a "table top" in our community hall on Saturday, 8th December for your own fundraising or publicity (eg. Raffle; sale of work / items; publications etc). This is a great opportunity to enjoy the festival and advertise your groups / charity to the public and the decorated tree will be yours to take away after the festival.

You will need to provide a bucket and / or stand for the tree, which must include lights, and decorations in the theme of your choice. We ask that musical lights are avoided.

The church will be open at the following times for you to decorate your tree:
Wednesday 5th December: 2.00pm - 6.00pm and
Thursday 6th December: 4.00pm - 9.00pm

We will be delighted if you are able to join in this event which, we are sure, will be a great delight to young and old alike!
